RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be in original or gently used condition

  • Item should include original packaging when available


RETURN PERIOD

Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.


RETURN SHIPPING

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted subject to product availability.


REFUNDS

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged through misuse

  • Items returned beyond the return window


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos showing the issue.
